Penrose Panel and Roofing Ltd shall refer itself as “our”, “us” or “we”.
Users of this website shall be referred to as “you”, “your” or “the Customer”.
Scope and Acceptance
By accessing this website you acknowledge you have read, understood and accepted the terms conditions and is subject to all of the listed. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from placing any orders and exit this website. Penrose Panel and Roofing may from time to time amend, update or change the contents of this website including these Terms Conditions without prior notice.
Product Details
We have taken reasonable care to ensure details and descriptions displayed are correct, however, your sound judgement and discretion should be applied in the proper and safe use of all products purchased through this website. We have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that the product photos resemble the actual products, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colour of our products accurately.
Prices
Prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars, goods and services tax (GST) inclusive. We have made every effort to provide accurate pricing information on our website. In the event of a pricing error on our website, the inaccurate price will not be honoured at our store.
Penrose Panel and Roofing reserves the right to alter or amend prices displayed if required without notice. If any changes occurs after placing an order, we will notify you before processing your order to ascertain if you still wish to complete the transaction.
Stock Availability
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability in our store. We have made every reasonable effort to provide accurate in-store stock availability information on our website, however, we cannot completely guarantee that products labelled “in stock” will be available to purchase at our store.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership of any product supplied by Penrose Panel and Roofing passes to the Customer only when the Customer has made payment in full for all products and services provided by us and all other amounts payable by the Customer on any account whatsoever. Until all sums due to Penrose Panel and Roofing by the Customer have been paid in full, we have a security interest in all products supplied. Risk in products purchased from Penrose Panel and Roofing will pass to the Customer or a person nominated by the Customer on delivery.
Refunds and Returns
You shall immediately inspect the products supplied upon receipt to ensure you are satisfied with the product. If you are unsatisfied with the products received, you must contact Penrose Panel and Roofing and communicate all details of such dissatisfaction within 24 hours of delivery. Penrose Panel Roofing will provide a full refund on defective or damaged goods. Unless the above procedure is followed, we are entitled to assume that the products supplied are correct and no returns, claims or refunds will be permitted or made.
In the event that the buyer wishes to return purchased products to Penrose Panel and Roofing (other than products which are defective) and does not purchase alternative goods than we may permit the products to be returned and will refund the purchase at our discretion. The Customer shall pay for the cost of return delivery where applicable.
We will not be liable for products which have been tampered with or modified without our approval or which have not been stored or used in a proper manner.
Our liability for any claim, damages, loss or expense related to the supply by us of products or services is limited to the cost paid by you for the products or services. We will not be liable in any event for any damage, loss or injury suffered whether direct, indirect or consequential, indirect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
We have taken reasonable care to ensure the information provided on our website is accurate and fair, however, errors and omissions may occur from time to time. Neither Penrose Panel and Roofing nor its contractors or employees will accept any liability, whether direct, indirect or consequential, for any loss or damage which may directly, indirectly or consequentially result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, out of the use of this website.
Penrose Panel and Roofing makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the operation of this site or the accuracy of information, content, materials or products included on this site, except as otherwise provided under applicable New Zealand law.
We do not guarantee that any file or program executed from or via this website is free from viruses or other conditions which could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software. You assume all responsibility and risk of use of all programs and files on this website.
